Do I have to create an account?
No! You don’t have to create an account with us to place order. We accept guest checkout. However, having an account can save you time during check out as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases. This is also useful for you to track your order statuses and download order invoice.
How can I change my account details?
You can edit your account details by logging in to your account area and click edit your account information link.
How to change my account password?
You can change password by logging in to your account and clicking change your password link. You can also reset password by clicking the forgot password link on the account login page.
I am having problems logging into my account. What can I do?
Please try to reset password by clicking forgot password link in login screen using your registered email id. If that does't work, please contact us. We will help you to restore your account.
How to close/terminate my account?
We are sorry to see you coming from us. You can close your account anytime by logging in to your area and under personal data protection, click manage personal data and click account termination to completely delete your personal data.
